how to strike Roots into the Void

interdisciplinary journey to the unknown

in depth Artistic Research that coined my personal interdisciplinary approach (I discovered how to consciously use and integrate my designers background in my circus makers practice) and grew my passion for this field of academic Artistic Research.

How to strike Roots into the Void is an Artistic Research project I started during my Master studies of Co-Creation in Movement / Choreography. The performance with almost the same title: Striking Roots into the Void is only ONE of its many outcomes

For me Artistic Research is always a Journey into the Unknown – obviusly if you can already predict what you are going to find in the end there is never anything new, you would prevent yourself from any discovery or innovative track… Of course there is always a first idea/curiosity that makes us leave ‘home’ and want to discover this wild unknown territory. So there is a SEED, that we have to grow – a project venture that wants to be carefully navigated.

Amongst the most precious fruits of How to strike Roots into the Void project I want to share here with you the following:
